Our gear follows standard youth athletic sizing. We highly recommend checking our detailed size chart on each product page for exact measurements.

What is the lead time for custom team orders?

Custom kits usually take 3–4 weeks for production after the final design is approved. We'll keep coaches updated every step of the way.

Can I add a custom name to individual items?

Personalization is available for select items! Check the product description to see if name/number printing is offered for that specific gear.

Do you offer bulk discounts for local clubs?

Yes! We support local athletics with special team pricing for orders over 15 units. Reach out to our team sales manager for a quote.

How do I track my delivery?

Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link. You can follow your package directly through the carrier's portal.

Reliable nationwide delivery via USPS or UPS Ground. Flat rate pricing applies to all individual gear orders, ensuring elite apparel reaches every athlete.

LOCAL PICKUP

Skip the transit time. Free local pickup is available at Athlete Commons (Suite 101), Monday–Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM for all local orders.

DELIVERY TIMES

In-stock performance gear ships within 3–5 business days. Custom team uniforms require a 2–3 week production timeline to ensure professional results.

ORDER TRACKING

Stay updated on every play. A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your apparel leaves our Performance Way facility.

THE POLICY

  • 30-day return window from date of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original product tags must remain attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom team gear is manufactured specifically for your squad. Because these items feature unique names, numbers, or team-specific graphics, all custom orders are final sale and non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect exists.

2. Receive your Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label.
3. Drop your package at any authorized shipping carrier location.
